SilaMento will never add filters, adjust coloring, apply face-tuning, use AI beauty enhancements, or alter your uploaded photo in any way.Recreating the World Around It: Our design engine leaves your image completely untouched. Instead, we use our proprietary code to deconstruct and recreate the physical world around your photo - mapping the exact coordinates, timestamps, topographical lines, and atmospheric data unique to your memory.2. No-Refund Policy for Custom/Bespoke Goods
Because every SilaMento asset is dynamically generated and printed based on your unique coordinates, timestamps, and personal imagery, all sales are final.Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws regarding customized, bespoke, or made-to-order goods, products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.If your physical print arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will issue a replacement print at no additional cost.3.
